Boulder Newcomers Club and Events New in town? Join the club! This nonprofit organization sponsors monthly activities, ranging from hiking groups to book clubs to wine tastings. Singles, couples, families and all ages are welcome. Dec. 9 is the group’s 60th Anniversary and Holiday Celebration, featuring the Madrigal Singers from Monarch High School; 11:30am-1pm at Boulder Country Club, 7350 Clubhouse Road. Toonkies meetings help Boulder newbies meet other newbies. The group meets frequently for dinner, coffee, and group activities like hiking or bowling, and hosts Game Night every other Friday. Singles and couples of all ages are welcome; most members range from 20-45. |
