BOULDER MIRACLE WORKOUT

The Miracle Workout was conceived and developed by exercise physiologist Dr. Jackson Davis. The Boulder Parks and Recreation Department offers dozens of classes per year in this popular new health and fitness system. GRILLO HEALTH INFORMATION CENTER

This community center offers free, confidential information from trained volunteers. Software and other resources are available for learning about traditional and alternative treatments, support groups and current health research.
