Saturdays: The small but growing community of Erie is pleased to have its own farmers’ market, weekly from 8am-1pm, with farm-fresh produce, breads, pies, honey, wine, organic coffees, plants and cut flowers, and arts and crafts. In Old Town Erie, at the corner of Briggs and Moffatt. Thursdays: Lafayette’s weekly farmers’ market is 4-8pm through the summer, at Festival Plaza, Public Road and Chester Street. This year, in addition to Colorado fruits and veggies, bread, honey and cheese, there is also a community business booth, where a different local business will be featured each week, plus live music beginning at 6pm, and drawings and kids’ games. 303-449-2494. Saturdays: Rain or shine, the shady, tree-lined plaza is open 8am-2pm weekly with locally grown offerings like produce, bread, flowers, honey, crafts and farm-fresh eggs. At the Boulder County Fairgrounds, Hover Road and Boston Avenue. Saturdays: The weekly Louisville’s Farmers’ Market takes place at the Steinbaugh Pavilion, corner of Front and Walnut streets.
