The Shoot Out dares new and experienced filmmakers to come to Boulder to make a short film on video in 24 hours. Filmmakers have from 9pm Friday night until 9pm Saturday night to complete and hand in their film. Given the time restrictions, filming must be on video format and the final product dubbed onto the MiniDV tape supplied.
