Feast your way through the Mediterranean region with the Mediterranean Restaurant’s cuisine adopted from regions of France, Spain and Italy, to name just a few. Start with tasty tapas that include fried calamari; grilled lamb, shrimp or chicken brochettes; and curry-honey or roasted red pepper and harissa hummus. Enjoy classic Italian pizzas from the wood-burning oven, like the classic Margherita with tomatoes, basil and Mozarella, or the Stagione with kalamata olives, Black Forest ham, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Fresh salads include blackened chicken Espagna and a Mediterranean sampler. Small plates include Moroccan lamb meatballs, blistered five-pepper green beans, and chorizo-stuffed, bacon-wrapped dates. Entrées include Parmesan-crusted halibut in romesco sauce; and semolina rigatoni with peas and tomato ragù. The dessert menu features cherry and blueberry bread pudding, frozen double-chocolate soufflé, and traditional gelatos.
